Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
Working in conjunction with a UK based wheel paints and powder manufacturer we can quite simply match most OEM colours. We also act as a R&D facility for this manufacturer highlighting we are the right choice for you! We have a very stringent Quality Control process for the refurbishment of Alloy Wheels and will bring your wheels to ‘ AS NEW ‘ as possible finish. Generally speaking this process takes approximately 2 to 3 days to complete in order to get a high quality finish.
Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
We have invested hugely in three Alloy Wheel Lathes to cater for our Customers’ demands, diamond cut wheels are becoming more commonplace and look good in their appearance. It’s a very precise and technical process involving removal of a very thin layer of metal from the surface of the Alloy Wheel making its appearance like as new as possible**
Polished finishes
We have developed our own techniques to reproduce highly polished surfaces on Alloy Wheels. We have recently introduced a wheel vibratory machine to allow a very highly polished finish (see our gallery). This process can however take approx 6 to 18 hours per wheel to gain a quality finish
Caliper Painting
Customers have recently asked us to provide this service and we have once again worked with our paint manufacturer to develop high temperature paints specific for Calipers. Please note we do not remove Calipers from vehicles as we do not get involved in mechanical work, all work is done in situ with great results (see our gallery)
Customisation
Our customisation team can produce high quality finishes using high quality bespoke paints! So why not call one of our customer relation team members for further details
Wheel Protection
Polished Alloys has recently launched a new wheel protection seal allowing you to keep your wheels clean and protect them from road debris and break dust; this results in a longer life for your wheels.
